“INGRA BROZZI” Condipan is an emulsified lard, sweetened and flavoured.
It is suitable for special dough, for leavened paste and for the pastry.
Thanks to the sugar content, and high emulsion dispersion and “plasticity” it helps to improve in leavening of dough, colour and flavour of bread.
It gives flavour and fragrance to the cooked product and it makes more soft and golden the crusts of bread.
