DESCRIPTION:
The ITALIAN LARD "INGRA BROZZI" is a refined
lard made from selected raw materials subjected to the process of casting and
refining.
Odorless, and completely no acid it makes the mass of gluten
crumbly, it increases the volume of the dough slowing the loss of moisture
and it imparts flavor and aroma to baked goods.
Suitable for bread-making,
confectionery and bakery products.
Especially suitable for the production
of typical breads, pizzas, focacce, piadina, pastries and very dry and crisp
fry.
Among the traditional Italian recipes with lard there are the piadina
Romagnola, erbazzone Reggiano, tigelle Modena, cannoli siciliani and casatiello
napoletano.
